We are delighted to have been appointed to renovate this large property in the heart of Chelsea, London. Construction work is due to commence next month. Chelsea Square is located north of the King’s Road and south of Fulham Road, west of Dovehouse Street and east of Old Church Street. Chelsea Square, one of the largerst and beautifully maintained private garden squares in London, was originally laid out by Cadogan Estate in 1812 as Trafalgar Square but was never completed. The south and east sides were entirely rebuilt in c1930, largely in a demure neo-Georgian style by the architect T A Darcy Braddell.
